First Friends is a great fellowship opportunity for those over 50 years old. Come share a great meal and enjoy speakers and performers. First Friends takes place on the second Thursday of each month in Fellowship Hall at noon. Reservations are required - call 752-7434.
The Saturday morning Men's Bible Study is led by Pastor Jim Melvin and takes place in the lounge off Fellowship Hall at 8:00 a.m. All men of all ages are welcome - stop in anytime!
The BG's are men who gather every Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. to perform maintenance duties here at FLC. If you like lawn care, painting and odd jobs, this is a great group of men to fellowship in service with. Call Lori at 752-7434 for more information.
If leadership is your gift, the church is always seeking people willing to step into a leadership role in one or more of our several ministry areas. Executive, Worship, Stewardship, Building, Social Ministry and Youth are just a few options! Elections are in April.
Altar Guild is made up of mostly women who make sure the sacristy and altar area is well kept and flowing with the appropriate seasonal paraments. Call Lynn at 754-6324

Oh what a blessing to receive a shawl knit with prayer! Join the Tuesday morning knitters in Fellowship Hall at 9:00 a.m. to knit or crochet and fellowship in faith while providing an important ministry tool - "made with Love at FLC"...
The Wednesday morning Mission sewers fervently produce beautiful quilts for third world countries and those locally unable to provide warm blankets for their families. Each year, hundreds of blankets made in faith and love travel thousands of miles to ensure we all have something to wrap up in at night. All are welcome and new hands are always needed.
The First Lutheran Church Women includes all confirmed women at FLC and join with the larger ELCA to grow in faith, service and fellowship. There are service roles, fellowship roles and leadership roles available for you to get invovled in.
